Michael Alford is a British figurative artist known for an expressive painting style that fuses classical technique with a modern sensibility. He lives and works in London. Michael's painting is diverse, reflecting his interest in a range of different subjects and ways of seeing. He paints contemporary cityscapes, street scenes, landscapes, nudes, figures and portraits. He is also a muralist and war artist. Michael shows widely in a number of London galleries and across the UK, as well as in Europe and the United States. He sells his work internationally and has paintings in several private and public collections, including the National Army Museum.

One of the country's most distinguished landscape painters, Jeremy Barlow has exhibited widely both in this country and in Europe. An inveterate traveler, he is especially drawn to radiant skies and relaxed outdoor life of the Mediterranean where he spends considerable time painting in France, Italy and Spain. Award winning artist Douglas Gray was born in Harrogate in 1965. He began his professional artistic career in the study of illustration, enjoying significant success over a 20 year period with clients including Saatchi & Saatchi, Warner brothers and Universal Studios. Douglas career has since progressed into the world of fine art and especially figurative painting, a natural transition for him. He finds a wealth of creative inspiration from people themselves, utilising his artistic skills to portray human nature and all its emotional complexities.

LIGHT & SHADOW

Michael Sanders has built a reputation as a successful landscape artist. He has painted in Sienna, Florence and Paris but is inspired by the UK's very special coastline environment. The ever changing colours of the sea, sky and light provide endless subject matter for his paintings of beaches and harbours. He is particularly adept at capturing the glistening light of the beach at low tide and often places figures in the landscape, either a lone dog walker, a family or a large group. Its a touch that adeptly connects the viewer to the scene at hand.

Stewart's career as a professional artist in his native Easy Yorkshire spans more than four decades. During that time his work in oils has been eagerly acquired by private collectors throughout the world. His skill in romantic marine work speaks for itself and and living in his native Yorkshire and only yards away from the river Humber , Stewart gets all the inspiration he needs for his art. He also travels extensively around Britain to capture the characteristics of other counties, especially around the South Suffolk area which has given him inspiration for many of his paintings.
